Shipping & Delivery Policy – Grafton Bell

1. Made-to-Order Lead Times

All Grafton Bell products are handmade to order. Lead times are stated on product pages and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

2. Delivery Partners

We ship all orders via select shipping partners who offer reliable tracked delivery both within the UK and internationally.

3. Shipping Costs

  • UK Mainland: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Times

  • UK Mainland: Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Europe: Typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Rest of World: Typically 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by FedEx and may vary due to customs clearance or local delays.

6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.

  • Title in the goods passes to you only when full payment is received.

  • If FedEx confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If FedEx is unable to deliver because you are unavailable, they will attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Any additional charges for re-delivery or return due to non-collection may be passed on to you.

8. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and import taxes. These are outside our control and must be paid by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs procedures.

9. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
